What are vibrational techniques?

Baba Pyare Lal Bedi, better known as Baba Bedi XVI, father of the still better known Kabir Bedi, was a great Indian mystic born in Punjab, considered the sixteenth descendant of the founder of Sikhism, Guru Baba Nanak. He spread the spiritual movement of the aquarium Age, the Aquarian Philosophy, based on the existence of a single divine source and detached from any existing religion, participated in the war of liberation of India against the English and, after the independence, held a prominent position for a few years, to then devote himself to the search for Truth and to teaching. In 1961 Baba Bedi XVI founded the Research Institute on the Not Known in New Delhi; in 1972 he moved to Italy, where he developed his Aquarian Philosophy, based on the teaching of Vibrational Therapy and the development of human personality through Psychic Expression. The technique or vibrational therapy is essentially a holistic methodology that aims at the search for inner balance, well-being and spiritual growth, taking care of the whole person. He makes use of various techniques, based on two common denominators of light: psychic sensitivity and intuition .

How do they work?

Vibrational techniques start from the idea that man is not born to suffer, but to realize himself. Fears, conditionings, unconscious anxieties, distrust, complexes of various origins and resistances are obstacles that can stop the natural proceeding to self-realization, unleash contrary waves, forces that oppose growth that generate blocks, discomforts and existential disorders, both physical, psychological and emotional. Vibrational techniques aim to stop or prevent the emergence of these blocks. Every component of the physical system is related to a state of mind, an emotion or a life situation, for example: the kidneys with fear, the liver with repressed anger, the temples with worries, the eyes with the vision of life and the opportunities it offers, the nose to orientation .

The imbalance hits different organs and the conscious part, the conscience of each one, bringing darkness. The more intense the imbalance, the darker the halo. The starting point of the Vibrational Technique is to identify the organs involved in the imbalance and bring light to them thanks to the psychic sensitivity in order to discover and release all those "talents" and those abilities that make the human being complete.

What ailments cure vibrational techniques

The Vibrational Techniques are methodologies that are often explained in "courses of spiritual healing", which, thanks to the work of responsible people, so-called "activators of Light" aim to activate the "talents" of each one, eliminating the blocks and darkness that surround them. During these meetings, a methodology is taught to activate the "psychic sensitivity" of all those who wish to accelerate the process of their own evolution or who for one reason or another have not had access to it on their own. The disorders that this type of holistic therapy goes to heal are above all connected to an emotional part, which concerns dissatisfaction with oneself, depression, states of anxiety and insecurity, which in turn can trigger physical problems of greater or lesser magnitude, from insomnia, panic attacks, high blood pressure.

Who are the Vibrational Techniques for?

Vibrational Techniques are designed to bring Light of awareness towards the suffering person, who wishes to free his consciousness from blocks and outflow that have stratified over time. In this way the person returns to activate the communication between his own psychic sensitivity and consciousness, so that the latter is able to develop total perception. I will hear reality beyond the five physical senses. Once activated, psychic sensitivity stimulates the person's positive abilities and makes them active through "talents" (painting, sculpture, music, dramatization, writing, singing, dance and poetry), if lived to the full, fostering evolution, the personality development and the full realization of the individual.

The law in Italy and abroad

In Italy and abroad there are many centers of psychophysical well-being that are concerned with reawakening consciences and aim at balancing and harmonizing the person. The law in Italy frames them as holistic professions, therefore valid at the level of support and knowledge, not of administering real treatments as can be considered those at the medical level. There is also a vibrational medicine, which uses therapeutic diapason or other instruments, such as the quartz crystal discs of stiper, acupressure, sound therapy and vibrational acupuncture, as tools of energetic and emotional rebalancing. The SIAF (Italian Family Harmonization Society) is one of the associations that organizes courses for holistic operators.

Associations and reference bodies

In 1981 Baba Bedi XVI organized the 2nd International Congress on Reincarnation in Milan, starting the World Movement of "living according to Ethical Consciousness" and in 1979 he founded the Aquarian Philosophy Center together with his wife. In 1992 he founded the Institute of Aquarian Pedagogy in Cittadella, in the province of Padua.
