Zero Stress

ZERO STRESS Only through a more spontaneous and less reasoned lifestyle, closer to the biological basis of the human organism, some stress factors, such as hyperactivity, the presumption of possessing almost inexhaustible energy, the inability to enjoy at least some aspects positive aspects of life, can find a solution. The possible interventions, psychological and not only, cannot fail to take into consideration the central aspect of the question or a greater self-knowledge, an acceptance and an unconditional love of self, as an indispensable step for the realization of a more lifestyle healthy and rewarding . That the mind and the body are able to influence each other is certainly not a recent acquisition. Human beings as biological organisms are subject to all those genetic influences characteristic of the animal world of which they are part but they are also the product of a family and social environment that tends to shape them and influence them from birth. Thus, in humans, biological, psychological and social factors always find themselves at a high level of reciprocal interaction, so it is obvious that both the inherited and the acquired genetic components play a decisive role with regard to behavior. Therefore, the use of an integrated model that takes into account the close connection between the various components of human behavior becomes increasingly necessary, given the relevance of the psychosomatic and stress disorder, which takes the form of alteration of the organism's functions on a psychological or mixed, alteration that can also lead to full-blown disorders or diseases. However, it must be emphasized that various levels of awareness are involved in this process. In other words, the individual does not respond to all the stimulating situations and not all the answers can be traced back to the criteria of full consciousness, on the contrary, a good percentage of them are unaware or poorly controllable. Any event caught, perceived and therefore recognized by man is able to provoke an activation of various nature and entity with inevitable repercussions on the functioning of the organism. All these factors come together in an organic system called "cognitive evaluation" represented by the set of thoughts, ideas, sometimes preconceptions, which allow each individual to interpret and judge reality according to one or more reference criteria. On a subjective level, the activation of the reactive mechanisms of the organism results in an activation of emotions; it is precisely this mechanism that makes the awareness of the event possible, perceived and filtered by personal levels of consciousness but also by the awareness of some autonomic responses. The emotional reaction is not triggered by any stimulus but only by those able to penetrate that sort of filter which is the "cognitive evaluation". Therefore it is the cognitive factors that are the main source of stress. It is clear that stress occurs when people perceive an imbalance between the requests made against them and the resources available to them to meet these demands. Stress becomes a risk to safety and health when it is prolonged. In this case it can lead to physical and mental health problems. Today we hear a lot about "work related stress" because more and more people are suffering from stress problems in the workplace. The reasons are different, such as innovations in the design, organization and management of work, increased workload and rhythms, high emotional pressures exerted on workers, violence and harassment of a psychological nature, poor balance between work and private life. In light of this it is important to follow a path of personal growth with the aim of motivating people to obtain and cultivate a positive and optimistic attitude that will allow them to face the inevitable difficulties that we all encounter in everyday life, helping them to have a greater sense of security, self-confidence, enthusiasm, determination, motivation and good humor as well as providing useful operational tools to recognize the mechanisms of organizational stress and to support the potential of work groups in order to achieve an integrated and creative collaboration .
