A recipe with cauliflowers
Grated cauliflowers . It is a very simple recipe, ideal as a side dish, and low in calories.
Ingredients:
- a cauliflower,
- bread crumbs,
- olive oil,
- salt,
- Parmesan.
Procedure: wash and cut the cauliflower into pieces and cook it in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Oil a baking dish and coat the bottom and edges with breadcrumbs. Pour over the cooked cauliflower, after draining it well. Sprinkle with plenty of breadcrumbs and a handful of Parmesan; add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. To give this dish a more spicy taste, you can add a handful of black pepper.
