Ice cream puts everyone in agreement, young and old.
Here are three recipes for doing it at home :
> Fiordilatte ice cream;
> ice cream with gianduia cream;
> yogurt ice cream.
They are all very simple recipes and without eggs . They contain a maximum of four ingredients and are made in just a few steps. They come very well even to less experienced hands.
Fiordilatte ice cream
The fiordilatte ice cream has a delicate and neutral taste, perfect on many occasions. It's a good idea for a children's snack, especially on hot days, when they want something delicious.
Ingredients
> 500 ml of fresh pasteurized cream ;
> 1 tablespoon of icing sugar ;
> 3 tablespoons of condensed milk .
Preparation
Whip the cream with the icing sugar in the planetary mixer or with a common mixer. When it is semi-whipped, add the condensed milk, one spoonful at a time, continuing to whisk slowly, until the mixture is well blended; be careful, however, not to mount it too much; it must still be soft. At this point, pour into the ice cream maker and let it go until it is thick and creamy.
Serve naturally, or enrich to taste, for example with pieces of fresh fruit, chocolate chips or chopped hazelnuts.
If you want a sweeter ice cream add a second spoon of icing sugar ; if, instead, you prefer less sweet, completely eliminate the sugar; condensed milk is already quite sugary.
For a better result of the recipe, it is advisable to keep the bowl and the whips in frezeer, for at least 15-20 minutes, before using them to whip the mixture. This advice is also valid for subsequent recipes and, more generally, when you want to prepare homemade ice cream.
