How to treat inflammation of the sciatic nerve

In the case of trauma, it is recommended to perform a physical activity such as pilates, yoga or gentle exercise to relax the lumbar vertebrae and the musculature, thus giving more possibilities of movement, therefore, to dissolve the different tensions.

You can also think of doing activities like walking, running and cycling very slowly, ending with long stretching sessions. Through these activities, if carried out gently and with a good sense of lightness, the body's muscles heat up slowly until they reach an ideal temperature to dissolve the tensions between the different tissues.

Even a situation of emotional stress can generate organic tensions which in turn transmit to the surrounding muscle tissue, thus arriving to press the nerves present inside the vertebrae or joints supported by these muscles.

A great and famous example is that of the large intestine inflamed because of an incorrect diet prolonged over the years. This, swelling and pressing on the muscles of the pelvis, generates a compression that in the long run causes inflammation of the sciatic nerve.

In this case nutrition as a therapeutic remedy is the simplest and most effective treatment that can be undertaken. A good food conscience, together with constancy can resolve tensions permanently.

An incorrect posture can be taken by turning a job that is unhealthy or carried out too long. Even a physical activity if carried out in a disproportionate manner can bring the musculature to an unbalanced tension compared to the other tissues, thus generating an excessive friction.

In this case the tension must be taken care of through the common sense that each person carries within himself, modifying habits or doing them in a more delicate way.
