Emotional rebalancing with Bach Flowers

Unlike traditional drugs, Bach flowers do not suppress a symptom but act by unblocking the individual's energy gradually, initiating a natural process of change. Bach flowers are 38 (+ 1, the First Aid Remedy, which is a remedy composed of 5 Bach flowers). Each flower therefore corresponds to a precise psychological and emotional state. The choice of remedies takes place according to a criterion of analogy between the state of the individual and the field of action of the chosen flower. Bach flowers therefore play an energetic action, do not contain chemically active molecules, but also convey information called positive archetypes that unblock negative moods, transforming them in a positive way. This is because, during the extraction of the remedy (through the infusion in water under the sun or by boiling) the flowers release their particular energy charge or vibration into the water. Each flower has its own specific vibration, a frequency of its own that has its own therapeutic quality that acts on the organism by resonance. With Bach flowers you can treat: Fears, phobias Shyness, insecurity Anxiety Relational and affective problems Stress Trauma Depressive states Conscious and unconscious feelings of guilt Difficulty of learning

How to take Bach flowers
