Diseases arise from energy imbalances. How to solve them?

In the previous article on how to activate the autonomic nervous system, we saw that at the base of the functioning of our body and all our physical, mental and even emotional activities, there is a complex energy system, consisting of channels (Nadi) and energy centers ( Chakra). This system is physically supported by the autonomic nervous system, consisting of the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic; once our inner Kundalini energy is awakened, our nervous system becomes in effect a monitoring system for our energetics: in every moment and in a simple and spontaneous way we can know the state of our chakras.

That said, it is clear that if this energy system is at the base of the functioning of our body, our mind and our emotions, it will also be true that it is the basis of its malfunctioning. That is, if our energy system is not functioning properly, we could experience problems on a physical, mental or emotional level; and vice versa, if we acquire bad habits our chakras could suffer and lose their optimal functionality.

Going into details, we see that in the optimal condition, the right (Pingala) and left (Ida) channels and therefore the chakras (which are the energy nodes of these channels) are perfectly aligned and superimposed. If we see a transverse section of the channels, as in the image, we note that in the equilibrium condition the sections are concentric and therefore the energies of the right and left channel work in harmony because they are in practice one. When one tends to carry more on the left or right side, then, as can be seen from the image, the channels move away from the center. This happens concretely and can be perceived within oneself through our autonomous nervous system, once we begin meditation and stabilize our own vibratory perception.

So what happens is that, if the channels go away, the chakras are compressed and this prevents them from functioning properly; they just can't function well, because they are not in their optimal operating conditions and also because they lose energy, they run out.

We see for example the case of the left channel, in which if a chakra is subjected to this compression, due to the removal of the left channel, then it is created as a situation of alienation, of separation from the whole. People who have left channel problems (which is the lunar problem and relate to our emotions) tend to close in on themselves and in their emotions, arriving in extreme cases to alienate themselves from the world. This separation then takes place at the physical level, when the cells separate from the whole and lose their functionality that integrated them with the organism, they begin to reproduce irregularly and also go to dominate the others in some way: they are like crazy. This is what is commonly called cancer which is a disease that comes from left channel problems.

Most diseases result from left side problems, but imbalances in the right channel can be generated that can cause some dysfunctions. One of the most common cases concerns the problems deriving from an excessive use of the liver, mainly due to our mental hyperactivity . Thought is an activity of the brain that is fed by the liver, which must convert fat to produce cells in the brain and nervous system.

The liver is regulated by the second chakra which is called Swadhisthan . The Swadhisthan chakra is not fixed like the others, but revolves around the third chakra (Nabhi) or for the whole area of the abdomen. In addition to the liver it has to deal with many other organs, such as the pancreas, spleen, kidneys and uterus

When one thinks excessively, continuously, the energy required for this chakra is excessive and it tends to run out and therefore it is no longer able to adequately supply the other organs. In the long run the consequences can be such as to cause malfunctions.

For example, in the case of the pancreas, you can have diabetes . It may seem strange to many, since the cause of diabetes is commonly attributed to excessive sugar consumption, it is actually due to the exhaustion of the Swadhisthan chakra .

Naturally, by rebalancing our chakras with the help of the Kundalini energy, which is precisely to regenerate them, they will be able to return to their place and many diseases can be reduced to disappear in most cases. Healing is not a miracle, but the fruit of the care and love we have for ourselves ... and also for others.
