Let's see what are the main exercises and breathing techniques and how they are performed.
Diaphragmatic breathing
A breathing exercise and at the same time breathing technique is represented by the so-called diaphragmatic breathing. How to do it? Lie on your back, legs bent, relax and start breathing. Put one hand on your belly and one on your chest. Inhale with the nose, inflating only the belly, leaving the chest still; then exhale with your mouth open, deflating your belly.
The use of hands is used to make you aware of the movement and to understand if you are working with your stomach or if you are doing ribs during breathing. The air must come out of the mouth in a natural way, as if it were a sigh of relief.
Circular breathing
In order to perform some circular breathing exercises we start from the posture . The position to be taken is that of sitting. One relaxes and breathes, in a circular manner, with conscience. Important that the breath is uninterrupted, without pauses of apnea between inhalation and exhalation. It is inhaled sweet but at the same time wide and fast.
The air must not be taken out during expiration, but it must be expelled spontaneously. A mental image that is provided is the cyclical rhythm of the waves that break gently on the shore.
Energy breathing
Another breathing technique and exercise is called breathwalking . It is a breathing exercise used by those who play sports. Synchronizing walking and breathing results in numerous benefits, including an increase in physical energy and mental clarity.
How to do? Take a comfortable stride and breathe in four times with the pace. Then do the same while breathing out. All for no more than five minutes.
