Smoothie: what are they?

In this version the smoothie is lighter, because milk is not used but water, more thirst-quenching thanks to the presence of lemon and ginger, but equally protein, thanks to the presence of cereal flakes. Perfect as a snack or as a refreshing drink and even sweet after a meal, it is simply prepared, blending the ingredients together.
