Very often it seems a speech not easy to implement, especially if we go through laziness and procrastination.

How to do?
Here are some " Good Practices " to get to the daily challenges with enthusiasm, courage and energy.
It is very useful to take time for yourself every day, say half an hour, and carry out a daily practice that brings clarity of purpose and serenity to the mind . Better if we do it without any external distraction.
I know you were already thinking about it, a very common example is Meditation . Even just 5/10 minutes allow you to access an altered state of consciousness and re-think our life completely again.
Another very useful thing is Cultivating the relationships of our life (friends, family, partners) with Presence, Attention and Active Listening in order to keep them in good quality.
A very useful question to listen to with the heart and give value to the relationship is "What can I listen to right now? What can I understand / learn from him / her?
After the inside (I) and the outside (the others) it is excellent to practice in some Practice that we consider High or Spiritual. Whether it is dancing, climbing, painting or writing, afford this space provides Inspiration to us and to others; a natural refill.
Having taken this good energy, it is also useful to be concrete and to put a part of these insights into the service of others in the way we like. Voluntary work, random acts of kindness, services offered; there is only one to choose from.
So dedicating yourself to creating and living in health will be much more affordable. Why?
To do the above, it is essential to move out of one's comfort zone and here comes the act of creating and establishing virtuous habits, be it conscious or not.
Conclusions
Health is often a consequence of good thoughts, words, actions, behaviors .
With them we forge the part of Fate left to our free will and we approach each other gently and in harmony with the destiny chosen before we incarnate. By putting a little Intent into every area listed above, more attention to Feeding our Temple of body and mind is a more natural consequence.
