Golden India milk, antioxidant natural remedy
Considered one of the ingredients of well-being for the body by traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric root is the basis, together with milk and a few other ingredients, of a drink known as "Golden Milk", literally golden milk, milk of turmeric .

Turmeric milk, the original recipe
Ingredients:
> turmeric powder;
> milk or (vegetable milk to taste);
> cinnamon powder;
> honey;
> food-grade almond oil (or other vegetable oil).
Preparation
To prepare the famous Indian gold milk it is necessary to have turmeric paste . Turmeric paste is easily prepared by mixing half a cup of natural mineral water with three teaspoons of turmeric powder . It is heated to a thick and thick paste. Turmeric paste is kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container for about a month.
The golden milk is prepared by heating a cup of unsweetened milk with a quarter of a teaspoon of turmeric paste prepared first, a teaspoon of almond oil. Mix everything well to prevent lumps from forming, then add honey to taste, slowly bringing it to the boiling point and then turning off the heat and leaving a couple of minutes to rest.
Serve in each cup with a sprinkling of cinnamon powder.
Golden milk is excellent in the evening after dinner and before going to bed to facilitate digestion and assimilation of nutrients, it is useful for combining sleep, reducing fatigue in the eyes and liver .
