Let's discover together what the Thai Fit® Shao training, which includes kata, a sequence of coded movements that assemble real combat techniques and tactics with imagined, simulated opponents. Like real simulated forms of combat whose gestures make up a sort of choreography.
In performing them we also contemplate the varieties of execution (space, time and speed) and great consideration is given to the technique, which must be ordered, precise. Self-control and breathing are very important, as is accuracy.
What is the T hai Fit® Shao and what are its variations
It is a series of combined movements that give rise to a real rhythmic choreography, a set of techniques derived from martial arts that exploit the principles of precision of the gesture, speed and intensity .
There are several variations of this discipline and they all have different characteristics, from dry work to simulating strokes up to the one in the water.
Among the variants we find Thai Fit Kombat, Thai Fit Shao, Thai Fit Water and the activity called Kaloria Killer ; in the first case we find ourselves right in front of a series of movements inspired by the classical martial art, with simulation of punches, displacements, kicks and other movements that reproduce logics of attack and defense.
Kaloria Killer is a group toning class that promotes strength, creates muscle mass and makes you lose fat mass, as the definition of the discipline suggests.
As the English word suggests, the Thai Fit Wate r is instead the training proposed in the water with the use of the hitter and not : you sculpt yourself faster because you exploit the friction of the water. Creator and trainer Maximilian Arcidiaco.
The Thai Fit Shao is instead a real rhythmic choreography ; the reference martial discipline is Shaolin .
Benefits of the T hai Fit® Shao
The training definitely enhances the muscle tone and gives support to the structure.
In addition, all those codified forms and high and low strokes, punches and kicks are learned. The body is conditioned, obviously not at the level of a martial art practiced with constancy and in a context in which one is confronted with a companion or a classmate, but in the meantime there are first flours of martial movements and focused athletic gestures.
The heart is trained very well, as is breathing; it benefits the cardiorespiratory system, the muscular apparatus, improve the conditional abilities (strength, resistance) and the coordination skills.
There are also benefits to socializing and getting to know new people. The important thing is not to fall into the error of wanting to do "better than the neighbor", but rather focus on imitation and the correct execution of the martial gesture.
Also on a psychological level it is a good training of removal from negative emotions and tensions accumulated during the day.
