We give space to the referendum of 12 and 13 June because we think it is an instrument of active citizenship and an important moment for the future of our country.
Regardless of whether you go to vote or not, we would still like to give some clear and simple information on the effects of the repeal referendum of 12-13 June 2011.
The referendum, we recall, will be considered valid only after reaching the quorum, that is, if it will go to vote 50% + 1 of those entitled.
Repeal referendum: 4 questions, 4 cards
4, and we are not talking about musketeers. If we really want to go for other associations, we choose colors. Not colors at random, but those of the cards that will end up in the hands of the voters for the abrogative referendum of 12 and 13 June.
RED CARD - FIRST QUESTION - WATER
The first question, like the second, concerns water. specifically the first concerns the assignment and management of local public services of economic importance, including the water service. With reference to art. 23 bis of Law 133/2008, the management of the water service can be entrusted to private subjects or companies with mixed public-private capital. By voting "YES" the rule is repealed. In other words, saying yes means wanting public services of economic importance, including water, to be managed by public bodies that are non-profit-making. By voting "NO", we want to keep the rule in force, which entrusts the management of these services to private subjects.
YELLOW CARD - ACCORDING TO THE QUESTION - WATER
The second question concerns the partial repeal of Art.154 of Legislative Decree No. 152/2006, according to which it is possible to determine the tariff of the integrated water service "based on the adequate remuneration of the invested capital". By voting for "SI" it is intended to repeal the rule that the price of water to the user is determined on the basis of the capital invested by the managers and the state of health of their companies. By voting "No", the intention is to keep the provision in force.
We have already had the opportunity to analyze in more detail the first two questions of the public water referendum here on Natural Cure.

GRAY CARD - THIRD QUESTION - NUCLEAR
And we are at the third question of the abrogative referendum. By voting on "SI", art. 7, paragraph 1, letter d of the decree-law of 25 June 2008, n. 112 converted with amendments by the law of 6 August 2008 n. 133 on the freedom to build nuclear power plants in the national territory and to divert funds dedicated to renewable energy towards nuclear power . We vote "Yes" if we do not agree on the return to nuclear power, we vote "NO" if we want Italy to return to nuclear power.
GREEN CARD - FOURTH THESE - LEGITIMATE IMPEDIMENT
With the fourth and last question we want to repeal article 1 (paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 5, 6) of the law 7 April 2010, number 51, on the legitimate impediment. The provision regulates the cases in which the President of the Council and the ministers may, when committing a criminal offense, not appear in a criminal hearing as long as the period of their mandate lasts . Vote "Yes" if you want the prime minister and ministers no longer enjoy the legitimate impediment, vote "NO" to keep the law in force.
