  • 3 drops of carrot oil ;

  • 3 drops of lavender oil .

It is lightly massaged on the areas where stretch marks may form, until absorbed.

Essential oils for varicose veins and hemorrhoids in pregnancy

The varicose veins are due to changes in circulation due to hormones and weight change. Hemorrhoids are also due to changes in weight and quality of circulation. By acting on the circulation of the legs and abdomen, the state of any hemorrhoids can also be improved. The mixture is very simple and can be prepared fresh whenever you need it:

  • 30 ml of base oil ;

  • 2 drops of lavender ;

  • 2 drops of geranium ;

  • 2 drops of cypress .

Lavender is also a soothing nerve therefore it will also improve any states of anxiety and restlessness . The geranium stimulates the circulation of the blood and the cypress is an astringent with a tonic effect on the blood vessels. It is massaged from the ankle towards the groin with light movements, almost touching.
