With the following recipe, in just a few minutes you can prepare a moisturizing and emollient body butter that is perfect for dry and dehydrated skin, for chapped hands and feet or to soften heels and elbows.

Ingredients

> 25 g of shea butter;

> 25 g of mango butter;

> 25 g of coconut oil;

> 25 ml of avocado oil;

> 15 drops of essential oil of sweet orange;

> 6 drops of vitamin E.

Preparation

Melt the shea butter, mango butter and coconut oil in a bain-marie at about 40 ° C ; when the mixture has melted, remove from the heat and add the olive oil.

Let it cool by mixing, then add the essential oil and vitamin E and pour into a clean, dry container with a lid.

Label the container indicating the ingredients and the preparation date. Keep the body butter away from direct sources of light and heat and use it massaging a small amount on damp skin after bathing or showering.

The product will keep for about three months from the preparation date .
