        > 20 grams of dried bearberry leaves

        Procedure: pour a liter of boiling water on the dried leaves of bearberry, about 20 grams, and leave to rest for 4-5 minutes. Strain and drink 3-4 cups a day.

            Ingredients :

            > About 20 grams of dried cranberry fruits

              Decoction with echinacea

              Ingredients:

              > 1 tablespoon of echinacea roots
