        > 2 mandarins

        > a cup and a quarter of whole wheat flour

        Method

        Combine everything with the other ingredients, stirring with a spatula. Finally add the walnuts and the chocolate drops. Take a spoon and drop the mixture into a baking dish on the baking paper, giving it the shape of a cookie. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

        Preheat the oven to 120 ° and cook for 20 minutes, then raise the temperature to 180 ° and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy when cold: they are excellent for breakfast!
