EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques - Emotional Freedom Techniques

EFT is the result of the union between ancient oriental medicine and energy medicine . The EFT technique consists in stimulating with a light staking on some points of the body (acupoints) that is performed accompanied by a series of statements, in this way we help our energy system to react in a much more fluid way, raising our frequency energy; EFT is therefore a valid tool to help overcome limitations, beliefs, fears, illnesses and above all to open up to the possibility of change, witnessing the transformations that are stimulated.

The EFT can help in the event of:

- Anxiety, insomnia, fear, stress, phobias, panic, anger, sadness.

- Allergies, asthma, flu, colds, eczema.

- Migraine, back pain, headache, arthritis.

- Addiction to smoking, alcohol.

- Nervous hunger, weight problems.

- Limiting sideboards, self-sabotage.

The EFT also contributes to:

- Increase self-esteem, self-confidence, self-respect.

- Improve sports or work performance or studies.

- Knowing how to accept oneself, forgive oneself, appreciate oneself by giving inner peace, happiness, gratitude.

EFT, working on physical blocks, leads the person to free himself from mental conditionings that limit thoughts, actions and brings to light unresolved conflicts that block our evolutionary path and give rise to psychosomatic blocks.

Each of us must take responsibility for our own well-being and Eft from the tools necessary to learn more about our body, to understand what it communicates to us and to learn to interpret each block as a signal that gives us our body of something don't go, giving us the chance to understand that it's time to make a change.

EFT was invented in 1995 by an experienced NLP engineer (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Gary Craig, as a simplification of TFT ( Thought Field Therapy), a healing procedure discovered by a psychotherapist named Roger Callahan.

Most of our physical and emotional problems are caused by the unresolved negative events of our life. EFT starts from the assumption that the quality of life is linked to emotional health, bringing back all the problems, both emotional and physical, to a common cause: the imbalance of the body's energy system (identified by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda ).

Indeed, like psychoanalysis, EFT does not envisage the rationalization and acceptance of the traumatic event, because it assumes that it is not the event itself that generates the negative emotion but that, in some people, the memory of a trauma generates a break in the energy flow of a meridian and that this interruption is perceived as a negative emotion.

The block therefore would not be mental but energetic, in the normal flow of the subtle energies of the body, and therefore it can be overcome by tapping mechanically on the meridians while keeping the mind "tuned" to the problem. In fact, therefore, EFT changes the perspective in which the problem is experienced: it does not make it forget but empties it of its emotional charge. The psychosomatic nature of most physical problems allows the latter to be treated with this procedure: rebalancing the energy system allows the body to start the self-healing mechanism to overcome the problem. In other words we could say that all the symptoms (emotional and physical) are blocked energy because they are no longer in balance, a message addressed to us.
