Daily Requirement (RDA) or Reference Nutritive Values ​​(NRV)

  • Boys aged 14-18 years: RDA 400 mg (males) - 360 mg (females)
  • Adults: RDA 400 mg for men and RDA 320/360 for women

Supreme Magnesium can also be taken during pregnancy, but it is recommended to first discuss with your doctor about it and establish the right dosages.

Warnings

There are no reported contraindications regarding the intake of Supreme Magnesium, but those suffering from kidney failure should seek the advice of a doctor, as excess magnesium is disposed of via the kidneys and excess catabolites, as with all remedies taken, may cause side effects.
